Central Valley Community Bancorp functions as the parent company for Central Valley Community Bank, delivering a comprehensive array of commercial banking services. The bank primarily serves small and mid-sized businesses, alongside individual clients, within California's Central Valley region. Its deposit offerings encompass various options, including checking accounts (demand, NOW, and non-interest-bearing), savings accounts, money market accounts, and certificates of deposit. The lending portfolio is extensive, featuring commercial and industrial loans, agricultural financing for both crop production and livestock, and a diverse range of real estate loans that cover owner-occupied and investment commercial properties, construction projects, agricultural land, and other real estate types. Additionally, the bank provides home equity loans and lines of credit, as well as installment and other consumer loan products. Beyond core banking, customers can access services such as domestic and international wire transfers, safe deposit boxes, and internet banking, among other standard financial provisions. As of December 31, 2021, the company operated through a network of 20 full-service branches situated in various Central Valley communities, including Cameron Park, Clovis, Exeter, Folsom, Fresno, Gold River, Kerman, Lodi, Madera, Merced, Modesto, Oakhurst, Prather, Roseville, Sacramento, Stockton, and Visalia.
