The LQAI ETF is a collaborative venture stemming from a partnership between the artificial intelligence research division of LG, a South Korean firm known for electronics and home appliances, and Qraft Tech. This fund utilizes an advanced, proprietary AI system for its investment selection, though a human adviser maintains overall supervision. The AI analyzes market patterns to create a balanced exposure to five crucial factors influencing the U.S. market: profitability (quality), market capitalization (size), price-to-book ratio (value), momentum, and volatility. The system assesses how each of these factors impacts various companies, then identifies the top 100 stocks. These selections are based on a combined evaluation of each stock's potential for superior price appreciation, with the goal of identifying securities poised to outperform their peers over the subsequent month.
