The FT Vest U.S. Equity Buffer ETF - July, also known as "the Fund," is structured to deliver investors a return (prior to the deduction of fees and expenses) that mirrors the price performance of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, referred to as the "Underlying ETF." While aiming to replicate these gains, the Fund’s upside potential is restricted by a predefined maximum limit of 14.55%. Conversely, it also offers a protective cushion, before considering costs, against the initial 10% decline in the Underlying ETF's value. This investment strategy is in effect for the term beginning July 21, 2025, and ending on July 17, 2026.
