Its strategy is to pinpoint companies that exhibit superior past results and promising future outlooks relative to the broader American stock market. The fund identifies growth stocks as those with an anticipated above-average expansion in revenue, profits, and cash flow, assessed over a five to ten-year period. Conversely, quality companies are defined by their consistent achievement of a Return on Equity (ROE) of 15% or greater for a minimum of ten consecutive years. Investments may also include securities determined to be undervalued. Holdings are divested when more compelling opportunities emerge or if a company no longer aligns with the fund's established criteria.
